Hello! I’m Laurie Sadowski, author of the gluten-free, allergy-friendly cookbook series The Allergy-Free Cook.
My website is going through a refresh right now, but I’m working hard to get you all of the up-to-date details on upcoming events and my third book, The Allergy-Free Cook Makes Pies and Desserts–it was just released!
In fact, you can join me on Friday, September 19th for the launch! Pre-orders are available, as I have limited copies. I’ll be at the United Way FallFest from 4pm to 7pm. Folks will have the chance to meet me (though most of you have!) and purchase a signed copy of all of my books. A 45 minute baking Q&A and workshop focusing on gluten, dairy, egg, and soy-free baking will start at 5pm.

Highlights from 2014 so far have included the Chicago Veggie Fest, touring various libraries, celiac disease support groups, and health food stores throughout Ontario, and the Toronto Vegetarian Food Festival. What fantastic turn-outs and feedback… and there’s more to come in the next few months!
