Hello! I’m Laurie Sadowski, author of the gluten-free, allergy-friendly cookbook series The Allergy-Free Cook.
All books are free of gluten, dairy, eggs, and soy. They’re also vegan, and free of many of the top allergens.

Highlights from 2014 included the Chicago Veggie Fest, Atlanta Veg Fest, touring various libraries, celiac disease support groups, and health food stores throughout Ontario, and the Toronto Vegetarian Food Festival. I also co-coordinated the Food Allergy & Celiac Convention at Walt Disney World, and it was so much fun!
